Will I have to enter my unit numbers into the program to get started?
No, the program comes with your unit numbers already set up. You will be able to add additional units (if needed) through maintenance.
What happens if the lien law changes?
For one year after the purchase date, if the lien law changes you will be provided with a new program that reflects the changes in the law.
Can I use the program for more than one site?
No, the site name and address will not be able to be changed, so an additional program will need to be purchased. Make sure you ask about quantity discounts for more than one site.
How many months can I use the program for?
The program comes with 18 months of possible auction dates. To use the program after the 18th month you will need to purchase an update.
What happens if additional training is needed after the first hour?
