Auction Process Menu
Self Storage Auction Pro follows a logical menu sequence that will walk you through the auction process. The Auction Process Menu is used to get to the Letter Process, Newspaper Process, Questionnaire, Forms and Maintenance Menu.

Auction Letter Process Menu
The auction letter process walks you through determining your auction date, entering past due tenant information, validating the data entered, printing auction letters, printing labels, and if needed, printing lien letters for stored items.

Newspaper Process Menu
The Newspaper Process menu is to help you; determine what tenants are in the auction process, remove tenants who have paid, remove tenants who will not be advertised, enter any holdovers from previous auctions, contact the legal newspaper, and print the legal ad that will run in the newspaper.

The forms menu provides the forms needed to run an auction at your facility. The forms are intended to give you a general idea of what paperwork should be provided to bidders, sold tenants, and for your records.
