Auction Letter Process Menu

The auction letter process walks you through determining your auction date, entering past due tenant information, validating the data entered, printing auction letters, printing labels, and if needed, printing lien letters for stored items. Larger View Order Here

Newspaper Process Menu

The Newspaper Process menu is to help you; determine what tenants are in the auction process, remove tenants who have paid, remove tenants who will not be advertised, enter any holdovers from previous auctions, contact the legal newspaper, and print the legal ad that will run in the newspaper.
